PLAN B sends you your order quickly and easily.
All orders are packaged and properly protected so that they are delivered to you in optimal conditions.

Shipments

All orders received from Monday to Friday, before 1:30 p.m., are processed and packaged that same day. In case of being received after 1:30 p.m., they will be processed the next day.
Orders received during the weekend (from Friday at 2:00 pm until Sunday) will be processed and packaged on Monday.

Shipping costs and delivery times
For Spain (peninsula), your order will be delivered to the address indicated within 72 hours (counting working days) being the free shipping to buy over € 12 and with a cost of 6 euros (VAT included). These conditions are subject to possible variations in the case of orders exceeding more than 2 kg.

For the Balearic Islands, your order will be delivered to the address indicated within 72 hours with the cost of shipping 7 euros (VAT included). These conditions are subject to possible variations in the case of orders exceeding more than 2 kg.

There will be no shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

For other countries (United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Italy) your order will be delivered to the address indicated 7 business days with the cost of shipping 7 euros (VAT included). These conditions are subject to possible variations in the case of orders exceeding more than 2 kg.
If the package can not be delivered to the address of the order due to the absence of the customer or another person who can pick up the order on a maximum of 2 occasions, the third delivery attempt may have a surcharge on the shipping cost. The surcharge can be 0 euros if the client goes to a delegation of the messaging company of PLAN B, for which we could contact the client.

Returns

In case of return, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt to execute the right of return. The direct cost of the return of the product will be assumed by the client as it is collected in the LGCU, the amount of said cost will be 3 euros (VAT included).
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount according to the payment method made by the customer.
